      Pricing Policy

      All pricing for courses, programs, books, coaching services, and learning materials offered on PrepClue is determined solely by CollegeClue Internationals Private Limited.
      Prices may change at any time based on:

      • Seasonal or promotional offers
      • Peak enrolment periods
      • Special events or occasions
      • Company-specific pricing strategies
      Paid courses may include certificates, which are issued only after successful completion of the course.

      The Company is not responsible for issuing discounts, refunds, or coupon codes if limited- time offers have expired or maximum claims have been reached.

      Cancellation & Refund Policy

      1. Digital Courses, Online Batches & Learning Materials

      All purchases of:

      • Online courses
      • Coaching batches
      • Digital study materials
      • Books or downloadable content
      • Subscription-based learning services
      are non-refundable.

      Once purchased, no cancellations or refunds will be provided under any circumstances.2. Incorrect or Mistaken Purchase

      If a user accidentally purchases the wrong batch or course, they may request a batch changewithin 3 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
      • The new batch must be of equal value.
      • No changes are allowed after 3 days.
      Users are strongly advised to review all course details before making payment.

      2. Admission / Seat Withdrawal (Universities or Coaching Centers)

      If a candidate withdraws an admission or seat from any institute, university, or coaching program facilitated through PrepClue:
      • Refunds will be processed solely according to the official refund rules of the respective institution.
      • The registration fee is strictly non-refundable.
      PrepClue acts only as a facilitator and does not guarantee refunds from affiliated institutions.
